The conference will be held on the campus of HKUST which is located outside of the urban area of Kowloon and Hong Kong Island, about 30mins from down-town hotels. Whilst some delegates may prefer to take hotel accommodations down-town, conference participants are welcomed to stay in HKUST itself for more convenient access to the conference site. Two main levels of campus accommodation will be provided, faculty guest rooms and student dormitory rooms. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. Approximately 120 delegates can be housed in faculty guest rooms at our university visitor center and or in faculty apartments. These fully furnished accommodations will be offered on a first-come basis and in general are of an apartment style with separate bedrooms and common area including lounge, and kitchen. Some sharing of toilet and shower facilities may be necessary. Typically each apartment has a master bedroom with double-bed, and two single rooms. The room rates per night are US$70 for the double room or US$50 for the single rooms. 200 student dormitory rooms are available. These are rooms with two twin beds and can be reserved either with single person US$25 per night, or for double occupancy at US$15 per person per night.

Each floor of the student dormitory has its own showers, toilets, laundry and common room equipped with kitchen facilities
