Registration Fees

HKUST Accommodation Fees

Payment by credit card

1. Download this "Registration and HKUST Accommodation Form" and fill it out including the credit card details  

2. Fax this filled out Registration and HKUST Accommodation Form to +(852) 3106 3446.

Once your fax is received, you will be notified within 2 days by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail confirming your registration, please send an e-mail to   asca04@ust.hk to notify the Secretariat.

Payment by bank draft

1. Download this "Registration and HKUST Accommodation Form" and fill it out.

2. Fax your Registration and HKUST Accommodation Form  to +(852) 3106 3446.

3. Make a bank draft payable to: Hong Kong University of Science and Technology

4. Post the bank draft together with the originally filled out form to:

                   Hong Kong

Once your fax is received, you will be notified within 2 days by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail confirming your registration, please send an e-mail to   asca04@ust.hk to notify the Secretariat.

Payment by Wire-transfer

1. Download this "Registration and HKUST Accommodation Form" and fill it out.

2. Remit total fees to University's bank account:

    3.    Fax your Registration and HKUST Accommodation Form and remittance receipt to + (852) 3106 3446.

Once your fax is received, you will be notified within 2 days by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail confirming your registration, please send an e-mail to   asca04@ust.hk to notify the Secretariat.

Cancellation

•  Refund of the registration and HKUST accommodation fees can be considered if cancellation is on or before 1 May 2004. A  US$50 cancellation fee will be charged.
